The two sisters stopped by the program to chat about their new EP and music, just ahead of AJ stepping out for the 2019 ABC Walt Disney Television Upfronts held at Tavern on the Green on Tuesday night (May 14).

“Yesterday was a complete blur but I got this nerd by my side ? ny-nj-ny,” AJ shared on Instagram to Aly after a very busy day that ended with a concert.
