Yorkshire shepherdess Amanda Owen, 46, gives fans an insight into her life with her husband Clive Owen and their nine children on Our Yorkshire Farm. The show first came to screens in 2018 and has since become a family favourite.
The farmer said she believes the natural and non-scripted idea of the show is what viewers are drawn to.
When asked about her thoughts when she watches the show back, she said: “It’s a strange feeling.
“Of course, I focus on all the things like, ‘I hate the sound of my voice” or ‘I must do something with that wallpaper that’s hanging off the wall’.
“All those little trials and tribulations catch my eye, but I guess that’s part of the joy of the programme.”
Discussing the filming process, she went on to say the family have “no idea where the story will end”.
“I think that resonates with a lot of people,” she added to the Sunday Express.
“I start off with ideas of how I’d like things to go, but it rarely materialises.”
Giving an example, she said she has had an idea in mind about how she’d like her children to be dressed, but watches it back and realises it didn’t happen.
Amanda is a mum to nine children; Annas, Violet, Edith, Raven, Clemmy, Nancy, Reuben, Miles and Sidney.
As well as the show, the Yorkshire shepherdess also gives fans an insight into her life on the farm on Twitter.
Earlier this month, she stood in the snow to show the “dire” weather conditions she had been farming in.
The mother-of-nine shared pictures of her out on the hill along with her sheep.

She commented: “Conditions are dire. It is very difficult to stay positive, but…
“No winter lasts forever, no Spring skips its turn.”
In recent interviews, the Shepherdess has also surprised fans with some of her motherhood revelations.
Last month she revealed she gave birth to her eighth child alone while her husband slept.
She said on This Morning: “I put the kettle on, stoked up the fire and basically had her in front of the fire with just a terrier as a birthing partner, which is perfect.
“Honestly, don’t knock it, it’s great.”
She went on to say: “The point of the matter is he had been at seven births previously and we spend our whole lives dealing with birthing things, so it wasn’t exactly something that I was particularly bothered about.
“I did it myself and I’m very happy and pleased that I did.”
