Dennis Rodman could be in legal hot water again.
The basketball hall of famer — who is on probation following a DUI conviction —has been accused of helping people steal clothing from a hot yoga studio in Newport Beach, Calif.
On Tuesday, the 57-year-old was seen entered Vibes Hot Yoga with two women and one man, according to footage obtained by TMZ, and allegedly attempted to distract employees while one of the women stuffed clothing into her purse.
Rodman’s male companion then grabbed a $2,500 crystal art piece from the front desk and tried to place it on his dolly, claiming he would purchase it, per TMZ. He ended up dropping and shattering the crystal, distracting the employees while the woman stuffed more clothes into her bag. The group eventually left the studio, taking the shattered crystal on the dolly with them.
The studio owner claims Rodman and his group, who allegedly reeked of alcohol during the visit, stole $500 worth of clothing in addition to the now-broken crystal, so he filed a police report.
A lawyer for Rodman told Page Six on Thursday, “It’s premature to comment.”
In February 2018, Rodman called his sobriety a “struggle.”
“It’s kind of weird not to have a cocktail on a beautiful day in California but like I said, it’s just one day at a time,” he said at the time.
“It’s a struggle,” he shared, adding that he’s trying “to succeed and hope I can beat it.”
