Graham Norton's sassiest moments compiled by BBC ahead of Eurovision 2019

Who’s ready for another night of Eurovision Song Contest sass from the BBC’s best commentator Graham Norton? We are!

The hilarious Irish talk show host is back for another night of cheeky comments as the finalists prepare to take to the stage in Tel Aviv.

In preparation for another action-packed night of musical extravaganzas, BBC has compiled some of Graham’s sassiest comments over the last number of years.

Some choice examples include: ‘Is this the same Poland that produced a Pope? Seems unlikely!’ about a particularly provocative display.

And: ‘Some dodgy notes in there! If he’s got a lover and she’s a music fan, he may be single now.’

Burn!

Who could forget: ‘He’s known for his distinctive looks… and presumably, by distinctive looks, they mean his mother still cuts his hair.’

Never change Graham!

Tonight, Graham and the rest of the UK will be cheering on Michael Rice as he performs his ballad Bigger Than Us (sadly, Ireland has already been knocked out).

However, the host has reminded viewers not to get too hammered but make sure you’re playing the Metro.co.uk Eurovision drinking game while you watch.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2019 Grand Final airs tonight on BBC One from 8pm.
