Jamie Laing has insisted he will not fall victim to the Strictly Come Dancing curse as he is set to compete on the show this year.
The 31 year old former Made in Chelsea star has been dating Sophie Habboo for around a year, months before his original scheduled Strictly appearance.
But Jamie, who reportedly broke lockdown rules to host a party, was forced to drop out of the 2019 show after he injured his foot.
He was replaced by Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher, who later went on to win the series.

McVitie's empire heir Jamie is now making a return to the show as it was revealed he will be getting his dancing shoes on for this year’s series.
After this year’s lineup was announced, which also includes Nicola Adams and Maisie Smith, Jamie insisted he would be resisting the Strictly curse.
Jamie said: “I am being asked all the time about the Strictly curse and do you know poor Sophie had no clue about this whole curse thing.
“She had no idea that everyone couples up when they do Strictly Come Dancing.
“But hey listen, I don’t think I am a bad guy so I don’t think it will be too bad in the end.
“I am not going to kiss my dancer. It is not like I am going to be some magnet, you know? I don’t think the dancer is going to come anywhere near me.”
The Strictly curse has seen a number of couples involved in the show go their separate ways.
Last year professional dancers Katya Jones and Neil Jones announced their decision to split in an emotional Instagram statement after 11 years together.
The split came a year after Katya was snapped kissing her dance partner Seann Walsh, but the couple insisted the kiss had nothing to do with their decision to part ways.
Months on from the split, Neil has since found love once again.

Neil posted a photo which saw the professional Strictly Come Dancing star wear a white shirt with denim jeans, while his new love interest matches with a similar baggy white shirt and a pair of shorts while allowing her long brunette hair to cascade over her shoulders.
