Judi Love is set to star in BBC’s new show This Is MY House, but most of us know the comedian for her fun, vibrant and entertaining contributions to lunchtime talk show, Loose Women.

With a flurry of changes happening to the Loose Women panel since November – when anchor Andrea McLean announced she was leaving – we were eager to find out what Judi thought of the shakeup.

"I definitely would not describe it as a shakeup,” she told us. “Andrea has gone on to do amazing things and she was happy to leave. Saira [Khan] is also doing brilliant stuff with her skincare, so I definitely don’t see it as a shakeup.”

Judi continued: “As long as all the women are happy in the decisions, which they've displayed. I think that's great.”

Andrea announced her departure live on an episode of Loose Women towards the end of 2020 and maintained that she was making the move so that she could try new things.

"You get one life,” Andrea explained. “Are you living it the way that you want and are you doing everything that you want to do? Are you taking chances? And I realised, no," she said before getting tearful.

Businesswoman and former competitor on The Apprentice, Saira Khan's resignation followed hot on the heels of Andrea’s. Saira announced her shock departure at the start of the year.

"It wasn't an easy decision, but one that I needed to make in order to grow myself in other ways," Saira wrote on Instagram. "I came to the show a troubled soul and I will eternally be grateful for the platform @loosewomen gave me to share, speak up and out.”

Since Saira and Andrea have left, news reporter and television presenter Charlene White has been brought in to anchor the show.
