After composing herself, Molly-Mae Hague videoed herself once again to explain the reason behind her tears.

She told her followers: “Don’t mind me, I was just watching a Stand Up To Cancer programme and, basically, I got upset because a girl came on the screen talking about her story with cancer, who my mum actually used to tell me about – my mum used to watch her vlogs on YouTube.

“She was called Emily, and she just found a mole on the back of her calf that she found out was cancerous.

“Within the space of a few months she passed away.”

Revealing her own cancer scare, Molly-Mae continued: “I actually found a mole at the back of my calf about a year or so ago.

“I had it checked out and I’m so blessed that mine wasn’t cancerous but it just made me so upset – what did she do to deserve that? Who deserves that?

“It’s just the worst thing in the world. I sometimes think I don’t think about it enough.”

Molly-Mae Hague, who recently was treated to a £2,000 Louis Vuitton bag by boyfriend Tommy Fury, continued: “I can’t even comprehend how hard it is for families who go through it and how much of a struggle to must be for people with cancer.

“I just broke my heart watching that.”

She later posted a snap of the mole she mentioned in her Instagram story video and wrote on top of it: “Get your moles checked people!!!

“It is unbelievably important. I’ve had this checked three times now by different consultants just to be sure.

“This just appeared out of nowhere for me and my mum actually noticed it when I was on Love Island through watching me on TV……

“Never ignore changes in your body,” she urged her fans.
