After composing herself, Molly-Mae Hague videoed herself once again to explain the reason behind her tears.
She told her followers: “Don’t mind me, I was just watching a Stand Up To Cancer programme and, basically, I got upset because a girl came on the screen talking about her story with cancer, who my mum actually used to tell me about – my mum used to watch her vlogs on YouTube.
“She was called Emily, and she just found a mole on the back of her calf that she found out was cancerous.
“Within the space of a few months she passed away.”
Revealing her own cancer scare, Molly-Mae continued: “I actually found a mole at the back of my calf about a year or so ago.
“I had it checked out and I’m so blessed that mine wasn’t cancerous but it just made me so upset – what did she do to deserve that? Who deserves that?
“It’s just the worst thing in the world. I sometimes think I don’t think about it enough.”
Molly-Mae Hague, who recently was treated to a £2,000 Louis Vuitton bag by boyfriend Tommy Fury, continued: “I can’t even comprehend how hard it is for families who go through it and how much of a struggle to must be for people with cancer.

“This just appeared out of nowhere for me and my mum actually noticed it when I was on Love Island through watching me on TV……
