A WOMAN has posted a video of herself on TikTok to encourage body positivity.
Despite her vows to "make healthier habits" she confidently shows off her frame and is accepting of her shape.
Stephie Marie (@makeupbystephiemarie) from Los Angeles posted the video on her TikTok account.
The makeup artist is seen wearing her blonde hair down which reaches her tummy.
She wears a corset-style tank top with a pair of wide-legged floral pants.
The video text read: "Here's what 5'6, 190lbs looks like.
"Trying to make healthier habits but this is me now."
In the caption added: "Trying to love myself at every pound and every stage in life."
In the video she touches up her hair, steps back from the camera, adjusts her top and slowly turns to the side, showing off her figure.
The video which has been viewed 10,000 times has seen people compliment Stephie on her looks.

The video is another in the long line of women joining the body positivity movement.
The tag #bodypositivity has been searched on TikTok over 35billion times.
Aside from her body positive video, the TikToker mainly posts beauty tips and makeovers she has done on other people.
In one video she tells followers how to get a full face of makeup on a budget.
Stephie does a $50 shop on the ULTA Beauty website to show those on a budget how to buy good makeup products.
The makeup artist bought primer, liquid foundation, matte face power, a face trio for highlight, bronzer and blush.
She also bought a neutral eyeshadow palette with four shades, one of which matched her eyebrows so she didn't have to buy an eyebrow pencil or filler.
Stephie purchased two concealers with multiple functions as concealer, eyeshadow primer, and for contouring.
She concluded with a black mascara and a lip gloss and lipliner instead of lipstick.
