Interflora’s self-partnered bouquets are available now, and shoppers can choose from ‘The Self-Love Queen’, ‘The Bold Beauty’, ‘The Dreamer’, ‘The Fierce Independent’, and ‘(All) The Sass’.
Each bouquet has also been inspired by one of five single celebs who are redefining what it means to be single in 2020; Emma Watson, Lizzo, Ariana Grande, Rihanna and Selena Gomez – so you're in good company.
Interflora analysed data from 104,000 social media posts about single life in the UK from 2019-2020, with a growing trend with people embracing singledom.
The data showed there was 20,000 posts on Twitter and Instagram from people in the UK who were proudly going out on their own in the past year, with the cinema proving to be the number one destination for solo outings.
Single women were more likely to favour solo concerts and theatre trips, while men are more comfortable visiting pubs, clubs and restaurants on their own.
Interflora’s Bouquet Design Manager, Vicky Wilson, commented, saying: “We want to empower singles to treat themselves.
"Just because you’re not in a relationship, doesn’t mean certain experiences should be off limits. That includes receiving a beautiful bouquet of mood-boosting flowers.
"Our new self-partnered collection is perfect for those who believe that the most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves.”
