NESTLED in the heart of Spain’s party island is the all-American style Romeo’s Motel & Diner.
The Ibiza-based motel is heavily inspired by the Route 66 Love Motels, with neon lights, leopard print sofas and DJ booths.
Described as “everything you’ve seen in those American movies from the 50S, 60s and 70s,” the luxury place to stay has everything from a stunning pool to a retro diner.
There’s even a Las Vegas-inspired chapel, where those hopelessly in love can get married for real… or unofficially for fun.
Brought to Ibiza by Concept Hotels group, the pool area is decked out with vintage tiles that feature circular patterns on them alongside an open green lawn and a heart-shaped hot tub.
Next door, there’s Mandy’s, an American diner with leather sofas and a menu serving everything from £11 supreme nachos to £17 burgers.

The £7.71 milkshakes, meanwhile, come in strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, banana, mango and red fruits flavours and come with a secret topping.
Those looking for an alcoholic drink can find a large array of options on the menu too, including £7 sangrias, £5 wines and £11 cocktails.
And if you’re feeling adventurous, Romeo’s also has a playroom for “getting up to no good”.
