WITH the weather starting to warm up and restrictions easing, the search for sundresses is sure to be up.
But head to TikTok and you will find very different search results.
The sundress challenge is the latest craze to hit social media, but it is much ruder than you might think.
In fact it’s so risque that it’s now been banned by TikTok as it violates the app’s guidelines – but what is it exactly?
Well the cheeky challenge is aimed at couples with the aim of the game being to have as much sex in public as possible – yikes.
To take part in the challenge a couple needs to head to a public spot – such as a park – with one of them wearing a sundress.
They then need to see how many times they can have sex without being spotted.
But before you go alfresco it is worth noting that this challenge is pretty much illegal.
There are a number of laws that could result in an arrest, such as outraging public decency contrary to common law, behaviour that is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to other users contrary to the Public Order Act 1986, offences of exposure, and having sex in a public toilet – this is illegal.
In recent years though, police have adopted a softer approach and will probably only get involved if members of the public complain.
Those wanting to check out the challenge for themselves are in for disappointment as any videos associated with it have been removed from TikTok.
Those searching for the trend will be met with this message, “This phrase may be associated with behaviour or content that violates our guidelines.
“Promoting a safe and positive experience is TikTok’s top priority. For more information, we invite you to review our Community Guidelines.”
The guidelines add, “We do not allow depictions, including digitally created or manipulated content, of nudity or sexual activity.”
So best to steer clear of the challenge if you ask us.
