Aldi has launched its own cheaper version of Marks and Spencer’s hugely-popular glitter gin globe.
And while both stylish bottles contain 23-carat edible gold leaf, Aldi’s version is priced at £4 less than the M&S gin which retails at £17.
But the Aldi limited-edition peach and elderflower gin will not be around for long, so shoppers are urged to snap one up before they sell out.

The gorgeous label has a stunning green and red design with retro lettering which reads: “The Infusionist. Small Batch.”
And the sparkly gin, priced at £12.99, is sure to impress guests as it acts just like a glittery snow globe when the bottle is shaken.
“Joining Aldi’s already popular Infusionist range, this snow globe bottle will inspire shoppers to go for gold and indulge on a tasty gin liqueur infused with sweet peach and elderflower,” Aldi said.
“All that’s left to do is shake to wake the flecks of 23-carat gold leaf.”
The gin liqueurs from both supermarkets are 70cl and have a 20 per cent alcohol by volume.

Empty bottles from the M&S Christmas editions were even selling on eBay for the same price, even without the alcohol.
