A Reddit user showed off their unique wedding ring online.
While the band looks perfectly ordinary from the outside, it hides "sweet" details.
For a ring that’s like no other, the Redditor had their partner’s fingerprint lasered onto it.
The jewellery also appears to be engraved with a signature and the couple’s wedding date.
A picture of the personalised ring were shared on the r/mildlyinteresting forum.
The post garnered more than 72,500 likes – proving it was more than mildly interesting to many!
Hundreds of commenters responded to the snap and said the ring was a brilliant idea.
One Redditor said: “This is the type of ring I want to get as well. I think it's so sweet.”
Another wrote: “That's actually really cool, you've got a finger on each other's ‘love line’.”
A third remarked: “That is cool and all but the big brain move is putting your wedding date in there.
“You will always know your anniversary date if you can just take off your ring and look.”
And a fourth added: “That’s a nice ‘touch’.”
Others were amused by the fingerprint-adorned ring.
A Reddit user joked: “Doubles as a backup plan to unlock each others' phones.”
And another laughed: “All laughs until you die and accidentally frame your partner.”
And a third added: “I thought wearing a vial of your spouses blood as a necklace was a tad weird… but now another worthy contender.”
