Holly Willoughby, Rio Ferdinand and Laura Whitmore among the celebrities enjoying the snowfall

Although 2021 has not been without its issues, to put it lightly, this weekend a smile was brought to many faces when snowfall hit London as well as other places.

Many of us ran outdoors to feel the snow on our skin, and celebrities were no exception.

Famous faces from Laura Whitmore to John Bishop, donned their warmest jackets and knitted hats, to enjoy the turn of the weather.

Let’s take a look…

Rio and Kate Ferdinand

Kate and Rio Ferdinand enjoyed a family stroll in the snow, with their baby son Cree.

Rio documented the wintry walk, as he filmed wife Kate pushing their baby son Cree in a buggy in the snow.

Kate walked ahead of Rio alongside her stepchildren, Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine, as former footballer Rio walked behind with their dog on a lead.

What a lovely family outing, and no doubt the first time Cree has seen snow!

Holly Willoughby

This Morning host Holly Willoughy shared this gorgeous fresh-faced snap of herself with snowflakes on her flaxen hair and brown coat. She captioned this image referencing the Disney film Frozen: “You wanna build a snowman…” followed by a snowman emoji. We think she’d make a fabulous Elsa.

John Bishop

Scouser comedian John Bishop shared this adorable snap of himself and his pet pigs enjoying the winter wonderland. Happily it looks as though he was feeling much better after suffering with coronavirus over Christmas.

Laura Whitmore

Pregnant Love Island host Laura Whitmore looked positively radiant as she went on a wintery walk in her fluffy yellow coat. She captioned the post: "SNOW DAY!!!!!" – the amount of exclamation marks clearly show her excitement.

Stacey Dooley

Documentary maker Stacey wore an all black coat and dark glasses as she ventured out into the cold. Despite her intense-looking clobber, the star seemed to be in high spirits.

Giovanna Fletcher

I’m A Celeb winner Giovanna Fletcher was able to keep a smile on her face even when hauled up in chilly castle and feeling hungry. However, snowfall seems to truly have her grinning from ear to ear!

Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch

Abbey Clancy took this glorious snap of her husband Peter and their four children. The snow is so thick on the ground at their Surrey mansion!
