A mum has reunited with a midwife who took snaps of her birth, while the dad managed to "sleep in" for the special moment.
Megan Burns, 23, welcomed baby Gabriella with her mum Fiona by her side at Wishaw General Hospital back in November.
But sadly she couldn't enjoy the moment with the dad as her boyfriend slept in for the quick one and a half hour delivery.
The mum, from Scotland, planned to blog the birth but when it "didn't go as planned" she asked midwife Joanna Murray to step in.
She later took part in a TikTok trend where users post someone who they'll never forget and the student midwife featured.
Now the heartwarming video has been viewed more than 150,000 times and even Joanna saw it, reports the Daily Record.
Megan said: "I am pretty obsessed with TikTok and I'm always thinking of new videos I can make.
"I seen people doing the trend and I thought I could that that with the photos Joanna had taken. She was so lovely.
"My mum was my birthing partner because my boyfriend slept in for the birth.
"I didn't think the video would reach her but I had in my notes her name was Joanna so I wrote that in case she didn't remember me.
"She saw the TikTok and knew exactly who we were and exactly what birth it was."
The mum added: "She said Gabriella was her 18th baby and I thought that was really cute she remembered the number.
"Lots of people have been commenting on the TikTok. They couldn't believe I managed to find her and the video reached her."
Joanna saw it and said: "Hey. So glad I came across this, what a lovely post. Gabriella was my 18th delivery and one I'll never forget."
Fellow TikTokers were delighted the pair reunited on social media with Joanna's comment liked more than 1,000 times.
One said: "Crying at this and how you've found her," another added: "This is so sweet."
