England's Lionesses are ready to roar, as they take on Spain in the FIFA Women's World Cup final on Sunday, 20 August.
The team are in a World Cup final for the first time in their history, after Sarina Wiegman's side beat Australia 3-1 on Wednesday in Sydney.
Lauren Hemp, Alessia Russo and Ella Toone were the stars of the match, scoring a goal each to secure the impressive win, which means today's match is the first time England's women or men have been in a final since 1966.
Despite initial doubts about how well England would do in the competition, following injuries to key players including captain Leah Williamson, as well as striker Beth Mead, they've made it, and are favourites to lift the trophy.
Yesterday the team were spotted at their final training session before today's historic game as they practised on the pitch at Central Coast Stadium.
But although the Lionesses have done all they personally can to try to clinch victory, their preparation, training and dedication wouldn't be as effective without the support of their devoted partners.
Louella Alderson, co-founder of the So Syncd dating app ,has revealed how the players being supported by their partners can help them achieve their best at the tournament.

"Recognising the importance of their partner's hard work can create a bond that is greater than just cheering on from the sidelines.
"Partners should also make time for fun activities as a way to relax and have some light-hearted moments together."
Regardless of what happens this afternoon, Louella believes it's important to celebrate what the players have achieved.
She added: "Regardless of the outcome, it's important to celebrate the athlete's accomplishments and efforts. Recognize their hard work, dedication, and the progress they have made.
"This positive reinforcement can strengthen the bond between partners and boost the athlete's confidence."
If England are to lose out to Spain later today, the players will of course be faced with disappointment, and Louella has explained how their partners can help them with that.
She says: "Experiencing disappointment when a team doesn't win during the World Cup can be challenging for both the athletes and their partners.
"It's important for partners to acknowledge and validate each other's feelings of disappointment. Avoid minimizing or dismissing emotions.
"Instead, creating a safe space where their partners can communicate their feelings honestly and openly can help to create a deeper understanding between both parties.
"After such a high-pressure event, it's also important to take some time away from the game too and focus on other areas of life.
"Taking a break from football and spending quality time together on holiday or back home with family and friends can help the athletes decompress after the World Cup.
"Finally, it's important to remain positive and stay focused on the lessons learned during the tournament. Celebrate any successes achieved along with the experiences gained from competing in such a prestigious event.
"Remembering the journey, the growth, and the moments of pride throughout the tournament can help to make it a positive experience in the end."
