Casualty spoilers: Jade's drink is spiked and Ethan tells Fenisha his secret

An evening out for Jade (Gabriella Leon) and Faith (Kirsty Mitchell) turns into a night of horror on tonight’s Casualty. Out for a relaxing drink and a gossip at a bustling outdoor venue, the two women are getting merrily drunk and picking over the details of Faith’s failed relationship with Lev – and Dylan also gets a mention.

There’s loud music playing which is difficult for Jade’s hearing aids, so she takes them out – she can lipread Faith and enjoy the conversation anyway. But when Faith goes to the bar and Jade is left alone, she suddenly starts to feel strange and ill. Someone has spiked her drink – and with Faith oblivious to what’s happening, Jade soon finds herself in a dangerous and vulnerable situation. Will Faith discover what’s happened in time to save her friend?

Ethan (George Rainsford) and Fenisha (Olivia D’Lima) are getting on well and gradually becoming used to their new role as parents to baby Bodhi. But when a patient tells Ethan that he and Fenisha must share everything and be a team for their son, he realises that it’s time to stop hiding the truth of his Huntington’s diagnosis from Fenisha. Connie previously advised him to keep quiet, and as he plucks up the courage to say something, is he about to do something he’ll regret and shatter their new-found happiness?

Meanwhile, Jacob (Chares Venn) is finding it a little awkward that Tina (Adele James) is not being as discreet as he would like about their relationship while they’re at work – he is supposed to be her boss, after all. When other members of staff start noticing, Jacob gets angry. Has Tina crossed a line, and will it mean the end of their relationship?

Patient of the week is a woman who will use any means necessary to stop her daughter moving on – but a chance encounter changes everything.

And Iain (Michael Stevenson) pops up to offer Leon (Bobby Lockwood) some essential advice about dealing with patients – and Jan (Di Botcher).
