Coronation Street spoilers: Debbie takes action to cope with debt problem | The Sun

FINANCES are a cause for concern for businesswoman Debbie Webster – and the Baileys won't make things any easier.

The Bistro co-owner played by Sue Devaney gets terrible news concerning Ray Crosby next week in Coronation Street.

While everything may be looking up for her brother Kevin, Debbie is facing serious money woes and despite him being behind bars, Ray Crosby is still terrorising her.

To make matters worse, Ed Bailey (portrayed by Trevor Michael Georges) recently had a near-fatal accident in her hotel.

Worried about the date of her last inspection, due to Ray's unlawful practices, Debbie decided to avoid any legal issue she could by paying off the Baileys.

But her troubles don't stop there.

Coming up, in the Bistro, Debbie tells her partner and Ed's brother Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan) that Ray cancelled the professional indemnity insurance.

This doesn't stop her from setting out to settle her issues with Ed and Aggie Bailey (Lorna Laidlaw).

Debbie calls at the hospital with a cheque for the couple, amid her own financial crisis, but nurse Aggie tells her it's not nearly enough.

Aggie goes a step further by advising her to lawyer up as they've already turned to solicitor Adam Barlow.
