Frankie Sims held beloved grandma's hand as she passed away as she pens sweet tribute to 'perfect angel' after her death

TOWIE'S Frankie Sims has revealed that she held her grandma's hand as she sadly passed away in a sweet tribute to her "perfect angel".

The 26-year-old star shared the news of the Sims' sister's nanny's death on Instagram today, posting a sweet throwback photo.

In the childhood picture, seemingly taken on holiday in Tenerife, Frankie and her little sister Demi are in swimwear as they pose with their brother Charlie, mum, and grandmother.

Their nanny has a hand resting on both Frankie and Charlie's shoulders, with toddler Demi being held separately.

In the emotional but brief caption, Frankie wrote: "Always dreaded this day 🕊 RIP nanny. So proud of you, feel so lucky I got to hold your hand until your last breath 🤍

"You were a perfect person & now you are my perfect angel 👼 I love you 🙏 xx xx"

Demi, 25, commented: "Our angel ❤️🕊"

The girls also revealed the flowers and sweet card they'd received from The Only Way Is Essex team.

The card read: "Dear Frankie and Demi, Just to let you know that we are thinking about you during this difficult time."

Their big sister Chloe, 39, has not yet posted about their grandma's death, with it currently unknown if it was her biological grandma as she is thought to have a different mum to her sisters.

The Towie veteran has spoken in the past about her birth mother abandoning her at the age of three, and showing no interest in getting to know her until she found fame – with Chloe choosing not to meet up at the time.
