There was a strange blend of stories on Good Morning Britain today (16 January) when the wrong image appeared on-screen during a segment about Ant McPartlin’s sizeable divorce deal, a blooper that wasn’t mentioned by the presenters.
Good Morning Britain briefly had an incredible scoop concerning the nature of Ant’s divorce deal.
Ant, the first half of popular TV presenting duo Ant and Dec, is separating from his wife Lisa Armstrong.
The pair have been married since 22 July 2006, when they wed in a country house in Buckinghamshire.
On 15 January 2018 they announced they would begin divorce proceedings and speculation suggested the separation would be one of the costliest in British history.

In GMB’s entertainment news section showbiz correspondent Richard Arnold touched upon a story in The Sun concerning Ant and Lisa’s divorce settlement.
According to the story Ant will give Lisa £31million, which accounts for over half of the £50 million he has banked.
Lisa will also, it’s believed, retain the home they shared as a married couple in west London.
Where the settlement became more tricky was agreeing who should have custody of their Labrador Hurley.
This overall agreement means the case will not reach court and greater public scrutiny of their break-up.
Richard relayed the details, saying: “What could be one of the biggest divorce settlements in British history. Ant has reportedly handed over half of his £50million fortune to ex-wife Lisa Armstrong.”
However as he spoke, an image of Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, Lewis Capaldi, Mable, and Stormzy popped up, dragging them into the Ant and Lisa’s issues, with the caption “Ant Divorce Deal” under their faces.
The gallery responded pretty quickly and replaced that line-up with a picture of Ant and Lisa in happier times.

But then there was another gremlin in the works, with that picture vanishing.
A technical card reading “ANT LISA ULAY JONNY” appeared in its place.
Richard and co-presenter Kate Garraway soldiered on and didn’t mention the rapid-fire bloopers.
This follows a technical issue which interrupted Peter Andre during the broadcast on the previous day.

Peter was aboard a boat on the Thames near Tower Bridge and was all set to broadcast to the nation when the screen turned black.
The singer and presenter was left all at sea as a technical card flashed on screens reading: “GM COM 80K WK2 PETE ENDSLATE ATHENE.”
While technicians were able to bring Peter back on air before he went insania, he also experienced sound problems during a slot on Lorraine.
Good Morning returns on ITV tomorrow morning at 6am.
