Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) and Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) are going out of their minds with worry in Coronation Street, unable to find Joseph (William Flanagan).
The young lad has experienced trouble at school this week, bullied over his worn jumper and is aware his dad has struggled to pay for his trip.
Tonight, the feeling of isolation continued for Joseph, who was angry at Chesney for trying to sort the bullying situation out.
Wanting to apologise, Chesney sat outside Joseph’s den and tried to talk to him, but discovered he wasn’t in there.
After searching for his son, realisation hit Chesney that Joseph had ran away.
As a police investigation began, Gemma and Chesney were horrified when an officer informed them Joseph’s jumper had been found in the ginnel.
At Fiz’s (Jennie McAlpine), Hope (Amelia Flanagan) wondered what was going on and learnt Joseph had gone missing.
As the search continued, no one considered what Hope was up to.
Making her way into the attic, Hope peered over a cardboard wall and offered crisps to Joseph, hiding from everyone.
Hope has put Fiz and the family through an awful lot recently – will she realise the severity of this situation and confess the truth?
How long will it be until Joseph is found?
