Inside Maya Jama's amazing Jamaica holiday with private jetty and stunning views

MAYA Jama has been enjoying a well-deserved luxury sun-kissed holiday in Jamaica.

The 27-year-old presenter travelled in style by taking a private jet to the Caribbean island.

The TV favourite shared a series of clips from her getaway including snaps of the breaktaking view.

Maya took to Instagram while she was en-route and gave fans a glimpse of her enjoying her private jet.

The Save Our Summer host looked sensational as she arrived in the tropical location and shared a pouty snap as she travelled to her hotel

The beauty then posted clips from a balcony showing off the mesmerising scenery.

She then wrapped herself in a fluffy white robe as she enjoyed some time sunbathing.

Later on, Maya posted a video wearing a patterned yellow bikini and some plum lipstick as she gave fans another glimpse of the scenery.

Maya recently opened up about how her first romance ended in tragedy — with her boyfriend shot dead by a bullet meant for someone else.

She also told how her dad being jailed when she was a child had made her stronger.

Boyfriend Rico Gordon was killed at the age of 21 by a ricocheting bullet during a 2011 fight in Bristol.

The presenter said: “I got to 16 and I met a boy. He was killed in the summer I was supposed to move to London — and that was my first love.

“So then your whole world just changes as you’re a little girl and you realise, ‘All right, this is adult stuff going on.’ I was devastated, I was so sad.”

Maya, who dated rapper Stormzy for four years, also brushed away tears as she spoke of her father Hussein being jailed for bottling a man.

She added: “I had a situation where my dad was in and out of jail from three. At the time, I didn’t think it bothered me. It was all I knew so that was normal.

“I don’t like crying about that stuff. I have to laugh or I get emotional.

“I’m OK now, but obviously I’m sad for my little, younger self that I had to deal with that.

“I feel happy that I made a good situation out of some bad ones.”
