ITV reveals major change to Loose Women amid scheduling shake-up today | The Sun

LOOSE Women was at the centre of a scheduling shake-up today as viewers were treated to a bumper episode of the ITV show.

Loose Women usually takes up a one hour slot after This Morning but it aired for 15 minutes longer on Bank Holiday Monday and was followed by the ITV news at 1.45pm.

TV star Ruth Langsford led today's panel and with extra time on her hands, people watching at home had hoped she would comment on her husband Eamonn Holmes' scathing tweet about Phillip Schofield.

When she failed to mention it, one viewer moaned: "Pet first aid? Really? Seriously? I really want Ruth to talk about her husband's online post this morning."

Another said: "Eamonn will get a grilling when ruth gets home!"

Eamonn furiously slammed "delusional" Phillip Schofield, telling him: "You've picked on the wrong person".

It was in response to the axed presenter breaking his silence about the alleged "toxic" behaviour at This Morning.

After it was reported that eight ITV stars complained about Phillip to top bosses in 2019, Phillip spoke out to defend the This Morning "family".

He claimed the rumours were coming from those "with a grudge" against him.

But Eamonn has retaliated on Twitter, writing: "Schofield has just put out a delusional statement.
