Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has broken her silence after Melanie Blake, who represents Nadia's co-stars Coleen Nolan and Saira Khan, took to social media to rant about her.
Nadia, 55, took to social media to share an emotional video with her fans, as she thanked them and her friends for their support over the last few days.
On Thursday, Melanie, who is the boss of talent agency Urban Associates, took to Twitter to slam Nadia after watching her speak about being kind on the ITV show.
Speaking in an emotional video, Nadia said: "Hi guys, I just lifted this from Insta Stories. Sorry if you're following me on both platform, I don't want to be boring.
"Basically, I haven't had the best couple of days but not every day can be the best day, can it?
"I just wanted to say a really big thank you to my friends, colleagues, the strangers, the followers, the subscribers that have messaged me privately and on here.
'You've absolutely warmed my heart and left me finishing the day remembering there really are so many more good people than bad people.
"In my experience, most people that seem bad are usually just quite sad, so thank you so much. I really really appreciate it."
She also posted on her Instagram stories, adding: "Something happened today which wasn't very nice, not every day is nice.
"I have had so many lovely messages, I didn't really want it to go left unsaid to my many colleagues who have texted and messaged today, some I haven't seen for years. Some on different shows…
"To the subscribers, followers, friends and strangers, there are so many more good people than bad people in the world. Thank you."
Nadia also headed out for a fun day out with her colleagues Stacey Solomon, Judi Love and Kaye Adams, as they shared their support for their friend.
It comes after Melanie Blake took to social media to write about Nadia, saying: "It’s a shame she “officially” gave up acting because Nadia deserve an Oscar for this speech.
"In 20 years of repping clients I never saw a nastier side to anyone than I did of her & I’m not alone. Her constant “be kind” etc speeches are so ironic considering she is a total witch."
A representative for Nadia Sawalha said: "Nadia is shocked and hurt by this tweet.
"Nadia is known in the industry as being kind, generous and gives her time and energy to many positive causes.
"Everyone who knows Nadia knows this is absolutely not true and she will rise above the negativity."
