Strictly Come Dancing dance pairings leak online 48 hours before they’re officially announced

THE 2020 Strictly Come Dancing pairings have been leaked online – 48 hours before the big reveal.

The new celebrities were paired up with their professional dance partners in a pre-recorded show filmed earlier this week.

Although the launch show doesn't air until tomorrow, The Sun Online can reveal the pairings have already leaked online days after the dancing duos were revealed to the studio audience – leaving some fans horrified.

The Sun Online won't spoil Saturday's surprise by revealing where the leak is or who is paired with who – but fans who stumbled across the pairings were left devastated.

One loyal Strictly viewer complained: "It was nice not knowing the pairings – that's spoilt Saturday night."

While another penned: "Can't believe these leaked with just two days to go."

Despite the leak, ballroom hopefuls Maisie Smith and Clara Amfo have teased their partners in cryptic posts on Instagram.

Yesterday, Maisie left fans guessing when she posted a picture of her sitting alongside her Strictly Come Dancing partner – but covered up his face.

While broadcaster Clara was given flowers by her dancing partner – following intense training sessions.

Viewers already learned that Olympic boxing champ Nicola Adams is teamed up with pro Katya Jones – making Strictly history as the first same-sex dance duo.

Other stars vying for the Glitterball trophy this year include singer Max George, comedian Bill Bailey, GMB's Ranvir Singh, ex-Home Secretary Jacqui Smith, actress Caroline Quentin.

Former NFL star Jason Bell, singer HRVY, reality star Jamie Laing and presenter JJ Chalmers will also do their best to waltz away with the prize.

Earlier this week, the pros taking part in this year's popular BBC dance competition showed off their new looks ahead of their return to the much-loved series this Saturday.

While the professional line-up hasn't changed too much, The Sun previously revealed that Nadiya Bychkova had been axed from the main line-up.

The Ukrainian dancer, 31, has been told by bosses that she will not be getting a celebrity partner during her stint on Strictly Come Dancing 2020.

Strictly Come Dancing launch show airs on BBC One at 7.50pm on Saturday, October 17.
