Who was Whitney Collings from Bad Girls Club?

BEFORE tragically dying at a young age, Whitney Collings was known for her stint on the reality show Bad Girls Club.

Bad Girls club premiered in 2006 on Oxygen and followed a group of self-professed "bad girls" living together in Los Angeles, California.

Who was Whitney Collings?

Collings grew up in the projects of Boston, Massachusetts.

She appeared on season three of Bad Girls Club and was known as "The Straight Shooter."

According to her Bad Girls Club bio, she sometimes "has a hard time opening up to people."

"Whitney has a temper and loves to raise her voice – in her mind, she's right no matter what.

"Whitney Collings's in-your-face attitude certainly has a lot to do with pride in her city," it continued.

Whitney's time on the show was cut short when she was kicked out of the house after becoming involved in a physical altercation.

She mostly stayed out of the spotlight following her time on the show.

What happened to Whitney Collings?

Collings passed away on December 4, 2020 at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in Boston at 33-years-old.

She was buried in Peabody, MA on December 10, a week after the death was announced. 

The reality star's mother mourned Whitney's death and said "life is so unfair."

Whitney's mom revealed the tragic news in a Facebook post.

She wrote: "I am completely broken and will never get over this. Life is so unfair. She was kind with a big heart."

What was Collings' cause of death?

Collings died from a toxic combination of hard drugs and alcohol, according to her death certificate, which was released to the public on July 16, 2021.

The lethal mix included fentanyl, alcohol, cocaine, and clonazepam— a prescription medicine used to treat the symptoms of seizures and panic disorder, according to TMZ.

Who else from Bad Girls Club has passed away?

Fellow Bad Girls Club, Demitra “Mimi” Roche, nicknamed “The Miami Maverick,” died in July 2020 at age 34.

Deshayla Harris, also a fellow Bad Grils Club star, was killed in a shooting in Virginia at age 28 in March 2021.
