(Alex Pike and Dr\u00a0Shridharani pictured together)<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It&#8217;s kind of odd, all the cheekbones are too high, all the lips are too full, they&#8217;ve given up on their own natural beauty,&#8217; he added.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dr\u00a0Shridharani said he had no problem saying &#8216;no&#8217; to patients when necessary and stressed the importance of maintaining a good reputation in the industry when it comes to treating people.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Why are we injecting these 20-something patients that don&#8217;t need anymore volume? (Pictured with Alex Pike)<\/p>\n<p>Dr Shridharani admitted excess filler can make a patient look &#8216;weird&#8217; and like a &#8216;caricature&#8217; of themselves.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It does age the face. It does make it look a little too mature in some ways,&#8217; he explained.<\/p>\n<p>He went on to say that a youthful face is a &#8216;volume restored&#8217; face, which creates the best overall outcome for patients.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It comes after Married At First Sight star Liam Cooper said that he deeply regretted getting fat injections in his face.<\/p>\n<p>In an emotional Instagram post, the 32-year-old said he&#8217;d been left with body image issues from the procedure, which he had done a year ago.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;At the time I was told fat Injections are just like filler,&#8217; he admitted.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/01\/06\/77256197-12696071-image-a-37_1698818574815.jpg\" height=\"793\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>It comes after Married At First Sight star Liam Cooper (pictured) said that he deeply regretted getting fat injections in his face<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Well let me tell you something, I hardly regret things in my life, but this is one that I HIGHLY regret, and when I say highly, I mean if I could turn back time, I would!&#8217; he continued.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Because of this, I now have body image issues and at points hate what my face looks like now.
