Kerry Katona opens up about her dyslexia
Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona has admitted that she’s experiencing panic attacks that are leaving her unable to “breathe”.
The 43-year-old has recently opened up in her latest column with OK! Magazine and discussed that she’s been struggling with recent panic episodes.
“I’ve not been feeling great this week – I’ve been having a lot of panic attacks,” she started.
“I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve had them before but not like this. I feel like I can’t breathe and then I have this emotional breakdown.”
She added: “I went to the doctor and they think it could be PTSD related to something in my past.”

Kerry has also revealed that she is experiencing extreme mum guilt.
She continued: “Me and Ryan are going to Marbella to spend some time together soon. It’s hard to get away from it all, so it will be nice to chill and look at some houses too, as we’re looking to move there.
“I do feel ‘mum guilt’ going away without the kids though.
“If I’m apart from them for too long, I panic. I think everyone gets that as a mum, it’s so hard.”
She also shared her guilt on Instagram with a collection of sweet family photos on holiday.
The first photo shows her daughter tucking into a sweet treat, followed by Kerry and her family on a jet ski, along with photos on the beach and a candid shot of the family at a restaurant.

She penned: “It’s soooo important to take time out for yourself!
“But I’m sure like so many other mummies out there I always get mum guilt!!! Even though with all just been away together as I family I’m already missing the sprogs!!
“But I’ve now found the place to use for solo and family trips with @maya_del_sol_property_group your stuck with us for life now.”
She ended: “But sometimes a time out from it all is needed.”
