Star of Channel 5's 22 Kids & Counting, Sue Radford, has told fans of her disappointment after being forced to remove a home feature that her children loved.
Sue, who lives in Morecambe, Lancashire, revealed on Instagram on Monday 9 October that she's had to tear down the play area she had built in her garden after it was deemed unsafe.
The 48-year-old told her 517,000 followers: "We are going to be replacing it, it's had to come down as it wasn't safe for the kids to play on." She finished the post with a crying face emoji.
Sue and her husband Noel, 52, built the play park, which features a mud kitchen, climbing frame, swing set, slide and treehouse, back in May 2020.
The Radford family shared a video of them building the play zone on their YouTube channel at the time. In the upload, entitled TWO DAY PARK BUILD, viewers were given an insight into the process of putting the fancy park together.
Sue and Noel, who bought their four-storey house for £240,000 nearly 20 years ago, also added a chic seating area to their outdoor space, so the parents could sit back and watch their children play. And in 2022, they boosted the luxury even more when they had a £26,000 hot tub air-lifted by a crane into the garden.
Between them, Sue and Noel are parents to Chris, 33, Sophie, 29, Chloe, 27, Jack, 25, Daniel, 24, Luke, 22, Millie, 22, Katie, 20, James, 19, Ellie, 17, Aimee, 16, Josh, 15, Max, 14, Tillie, 12, Oscar, 11, Casper, ten, Hallie, seven, Phoebe, six, Archie, five, Bonnie, four and Heidie, two. They tragically lost their 17th child Alfie in July 2014.
The pair, who enjoyed their 19th holiday in 21 months in September, also recently became grandparents for the 14th time after their daughter Millie gave birth to her third child, Elodie-Jade.
The garden drama came after rumours began that Sue was expecting her 23rd child. She recently revealed that she had an "epic" 31st anniversary surprise for Noel, which led fans to believe a baby announcement was on the way.
People soon started questioning the mum-of-22 over what the surprise could be, with one saying, "A baby." However the mum-of-22 was quick to respond, "No, definitely not this!"
