A CAT hiding in a family’s living room has baffled even the most hawk-eyed puzzlers.

The hide-and-seek challenge which puts observation skills to the test has gone viral on TikTok.

Evan Heller (@equest.addict) has racked up thousands of likes on videos showing her animal-loving life. 

She took to the social media platform with a mindboggling challenge after noticing that her pet cat was hiding at the time she took a photo. 

Spotting the cat lurking in her home requires extreme attention to detail and people who don’t have 20/20 vision have found it almost impossible to solve.

The living room has piles of items scattered on the furniture and a geometric print rug that plays tricks on the mind.

At first glance, it’s unclear where the cat could be with a table drawing attention to the floor and lots of clothes hanging in the wardrobe.

Commenters admit they can’t spot the cat regardless of how much time they spend looking.

Evan added a selection of hashtags to get the video to trend including #catsoftiktok, #catchallenge, and #brainteaser.

Hint: If you’re struggling to spot the cat try taking a closer look at the laundry pile in front of the wardrobe.
