JOEY Essex is renting out his £3 million mega mansion for a staggering £13k a month after leaving the UK to pursue a boxing career – and there's rumours circulating that he is set to challenge KSI.
The former TOWIE star has left behind Essex for palm trees and hot weather in the cosmopolitan UAE city of Dubai.
In April The Sun exclusively reported that his pals told how the 32-year-old Dancing on Ice ace was left an emotional wreck following the raid on his Essex mansion.
Burglars struck last year and the incident is believed to have triggered a search for a move abroad.
A source told The Sun: “Joey has started house-hunting in Dubai. He is planning to buy a base out there so he can jet off whenever he likes.
“Joey will be splitting his time between his home in Essex and his new place in Dubai.

Now a source has revealed that Joey has started "intensive training" as a boxer, looking for his first fight in 2024.
By the looks of things, it seems like there could be a potential match in the future between Joey and boxing and YouTube sensation, KSI.
In an interview shared online Joey said: “KSI, I’d do him easy with the way he fought Tommy Fury."
While in another clip KSI said he “don't like Joey”.

The source revealed that Joey has been training in Brentwood for the past few weeks with his uncle Tony Sims and the professionals at the Matchroom gym alongside Connor Benn, John Ryder and Joe Cordina.
Connor Benn said: “I fancy Joey’s chances in crossover boxing, watch this space."
While Tony Sims added: “Joey loves the sport, he trains hard, trains really hard actually. He just needs to spar now and get punched in the face, if he comes through that, then he can decide if he wants to get in the ring and fight."
Joey has just put his £3 million Chigwell property up for rent at £13,000 per month through exclusive Property Services business Spencer Munson in order to focus on boxing.
This is so he can relocate to Dubai, where he intends to live in the Dubai Hills with his friend Tom Pearce in his penthouse until he finds a more permanent property in the UAE.
Joey has also secured his first fight camp with world class boxing trainers at Dubai’s famous Box IQ Gym.
The star travelled to Dubai back in May to start looking at properties and opportunities.
He met with government officials from the Dubai Tourism board at the luxury Burj Al Arab.
We revealed in January last year how Joey was “horrified and shaken” when raiders ransacked his £3million pad while he was out with friends.
He called police after returning in the early hours to find an upstairs window open.
Police confirmed they were investigating a break-in at the four-bed property in Essex.
The source went on: “The incident at his house made him think about his life and what he wants from it.
“Joey has been looking at properties over the past few days and is weighing up his options. It is a really exciting time for him.”
Joey, who found fame on Towie in 2011, paid £1.6million for the pad in 2014 and he has repeatedly shown it off on social media.
Resembling a villa in Ibiza or Marbella, his outdoor pool is surrounded by palm trees, an elephant statue and four-poster sun loungers.
He also showed viewers around on MTV’s Cribs in 2019.
Joey recently showed off his very expensive car in July.
The star headed to Essex’s favourite restaurant – Sheesh – and took a snap outside with his £190,000 Lamborghini.
Joey splashed the cash on the luxury motor earlier this year before his big move to Dubai.
