Married at First Sight UK contestant Laura Vaughan has clapped back at those who think husband Arthur Poremba 'drains the life out of her' on the show.
In a Q&A on her Instagram stories, 34-year-old Laura received a question sticker that read: "Laura I'm just a random stranger but I think Arthur is draining the life out of you."
However, the finance manager from Hampshire quickly came to Arthur's defence and said they 'had so much fun' together while filming the show.
But there was one thing Laura let slip and that was down to the 'lies' the 34 year old apparently told when cameras stopped rolling.
The star explained: "He didn't drain me, sometimes the little lies would upset me, you haven't seen it because a lot was behind the scenes.
"But as I said, he never did it with malice or ill intent. We actually had so much fun whilst filming."
Laura's Q&A was posted before tonight's (25 October) dramatic episode which saw fellow MAFS contestants turn on Arthur and Laura's relationship.
Georges, who claimed in the episode that Laura looks down on Arthur at times, said to his friend: "The one thing I do not want to happen is for you to be taken as a clown or a mug."
Meanwhile, Jordan voiced his opinion that Laura sees "the worst in him" and not "the best."
The girls weren't afraid to hold back either on the situation as bride Erica thought the pair would be the 'least likely to last' as they are 'world's apart'.
But, according to Laura, this episode was one of most difficult periods of the show for her. She explained on Instagram: "Tonight's episode was hardest part of the entire series for me. So many misconceptions and things taken out of content. You'll see what I mean."
It was only yesterday (24 October) that the star posted about having "bad luck" though, following her reported split from her on-screen groom, who was recently spotted kissing a mystery brunette during his birthday celebrations.
Laura, who has remained silent on the split rumours, took to social media to share an update on her life since filming.
Posting a mirror selfie as she attended the gym, the TV star wrote: "Morning [Earth emoji] would you believe I filmed my night time skin care routine and managed to delete all the footage [upside down smiling emoji.
"That's the kind of bad luck I'm having at the minute. Will film again asap."
She followed this with a rather cryptic post, which read: "Forgiving people in silence and never speaking to them again is self care", to which she added the text: "As good as a massage and facial."
Laura's cryptic comments come after she was noticeably absent at her MAFS husband Arthur's birthday bash, leaving fans speculating that the pair had split.
