A woman who appeared on Channel 5's Rich House Poor House was left sobbing after a millionaire gifted her ten free driving lessons.
Laura and her partner Rob, who live in a small terraced house in Yorkshire, gave viewers insight into their struggle and said they often have "next to nothing" to live on after paying their rent and bills. Laura, 40, was also made redundant last year making it even harder for the family.
The Yorkshire resident, who previously worked at a swanky estate agency last year, explained she is often forced to sell her possessions at the pawn shop when things are tight. But as well as her financial woes, Laura revealed that she was also battling with the condition, endometriosis.

However, 53 miles down the road, self-made millionaire William lives in a spectacular Grade II-listed mansion and gets by on a weekly budget of £1,500. The millionaire, who was previously diagnosed with dyslexia, made his fortune by building a strong property portfolio.
William's home included tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, 12 bedrooms, and nine bathrooms. He also had a private chef and other staff.
Explaining his journey and how he was able to acquire his millions, he said: "I have always felt like I had something to prove. I'm not particularly driven by money, I'm driven by my desire to build the best possible houses."
During the swap, William had to leave on a small budget for the week while Laura got the opportunity to splash the cash. But William also wanted to spot Laura's potential and asked her to help out with his business while he was away.
Showcasing her talent, Laura came up with a plan for the internal layout of two semi-detached homes. But Laura's hard work certainly paid off as the staff that were overseeing her progress were left blown away.
As the experiment came to a close, William gifted Laura with driving lessons to help her progress as well as astroturf and an apprentice scheme. Thanking him Laura replied: That will completely change my life. No more buses. I just need to not give up and push forward, and see what happens."
Viewers were in awe by the kind gesture. However, some were not so convinced.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: "10 driving lessons? Don’t hurt yourself." Meanwhile, another joked: Tight f****r, 10 driving lessons, and some astroturf."
