Top Boy stars a number of familiar faces so who is Dudley O’Shaughnessy and where else do fans recognise him from?
Irish-Caribbean actor Dudley O’Shaughnessy has been in the hit series since its revival in 2019 on Netflix.
He is behind Si, a supporting member of the Fields gang who has mostly gone under the radar until season three which debuted on Thursday, September 7.
Stef (played by Araloyin Oshunremi) has been spending more time with the opposing gang since Sully (Kane “Kano” Robinson) murdered his brother Jamie (Micheal Ward) in season two.
Trying to support him through this difficult time, Si has been there keeping an eye on Stef and giving him advice as well as a gun.

What else has Top Boy star Dudley O’Shaughnessy been in?
Dudley is an actor, model and boxer from Canning Town who initially took up the sport when he was just nine-years-old.
Despite winning the Amateur Boxing Associate Championships, he was overlooked for the Olympics GB team but at the age of 19, was scouted by Next Model Management which took his life in a different direction.
Just a few years later he gained global recognition as he starred in the singer Rihanna’s 2011 music video for We Found Love as her romantic interest.
While it was speculated at the time, it has never been confirmed if he dated the pop star.

Dudley was just 22 at the time and the role threw him into the spotlight, booking him other modelling jobs, including for Balmain and Yeezy.
He previously said working on the music video confirmed he wanted to be an actor.
Since then, he has appeared in projects like Suspects, White Colour Black, Doctors on the BBC, Montana and various shorts.
His next work already lined up is another short called Velma Velma Velma where he plays a character called Vincent.
Si features in the final episode of Top Boy as Sully is led to believe he stole his stash of drugs when it was actually Jaq (Jasmine Jobson).
Sully shows up at the flats and threatens to shoot him, forcing a gun into his mouth and shouting at him to tell the truth.
Si pleads he didn’t know anything about the drugs and thankfully, Sully sees he is telling the truth and walks away.
