Declan Donnelly appears to have hit the gym ahead of the return of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! this month.
In new pictures, the presenter looked every inch the doting dad as he embraced Australia’s hot weather with his wife Ali and their two young children Isla and Jack on a beach.
For the occasion, Dec, 48, put his noticably toned arms on display in a navy T-shirt and and colourful shorts which he matched with his son.
In one snap, the presenter is seen holding onto his son’s hand as he dipped his feet into the sand inches away from the sea.
Another shows Dec’s wife ready for the sun in a white playsuit which complimented her physique and sun-kissed tan.

Strolling along the beach, she matched her look with a personalised bag filled with children’s toys.
Dec was later seen carrying the pair’s youngest as his wife and daughter walked alongside them seemingly heading off after a fun-filled day.
The family touched down in Australia last week and have since been revisiting their favourite places in Oz before filming begins.
Last week, they enjoyed some downtime at the popular Spice Den Restaurant, in Kingscliffe before a reunion with Ant McPartlin.

After landing in Oz, he told The Mirror: “I can’t wait for the show to begin, it’s an incredible cast.
“It’ll be nice to be reunited with Dec and it’ll be nice to see him.
“It will be nice to be reunited with him, he’s had a family holiday. It will be nice to see his tan lines. We will run towards each on the beach in open arms.
“I thought last year’s series was great and with this year’s series, the cast is shaping up to me really strong. Very strong.”
So far, This Morning star Josie Gibson, ex UKIP leader Nigel Farage and YouTube star Nella Rose have been spotted making their way to Australia.
Other rumoured names for the upcoming series include Sam Thompson, Frankie Dettori, Marvin Humes, Fred Sirieix as well as Jamie Lynn Spears.
Some of those brave enough to be entering the camp will face the terrifying walk the plank trial, with rumours of a new twist in place for this series.
A source told The Sun: “One thing is immediately clear from the pictures we’ve seen of trial structures so far and now the brand new Focus Building set-up – ITV hasn’t come to play this year.
“The volume has been well and truly cranked up on every Bushtucker Trial. Everything is on track for a bigger and better series than ever.”
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns to ITV at 9pm on November 19.
