Steph McGovern gets mammogram on Steph’s Packed Lunch
Channel 4 bosses decided to pull the plug on the daytime show Steph’s Packed Lunch and Steph McGovern has finally broken her silence as she prepared for the show final on Friday.
Steph, 41, has fronted the show for the past three years but the programme is now coming to an end amid audience habits “changing quicker than ever”.
The presenter took to social media today speaking of her final day on the show and shared with her 122,000 Instagram followers a picture of her cue cards, an earpiece, and a microphone sitting on a table.
Steph said that she was “incredibly proud” of all the programme has achieved.
She also credited it for “kick-starting” the channel’s growth in the north of England.
