A woman has shared the hilarious reason that she went to her ex's wedding wearing a white dress.
Caroline Ricke shared the hysterical tale via a video shared on her TikTok channel, which has over 3 million followers.
Beginning the video, she said: "Get ready with me to go to my ex boyfriend's wedding – and yes I was invited".
Caroline then held her two dress options up to the camera – both of which were white and looked like the mini-dress equivalent of bridal gowns.
Continuing the video, she said: "I know you guys are probably wondering why I'm going to this wedding in the first place – and that's because this is the first time that Jackson has ever offered to pay for my dinner. We always split the bill when we were dating".
Caroline, who is known on social media as @richcaroline, then showed the savage gift she had bought for her ex and his new wife.
The TikTok user said: "I actually got them a really cute gift. It's a scrapbook of Jackson and I's memories."
Opening up the scrapbook and showing off its contents, she continued: "This is the day we met his parents and this is what our future baby would have looked like if we ended up having one."
Caroline then got out the card she had gotten for the bride and groom and read out the hilarious message she had written inside.
"He's your problem now", she quipped.

"Ha ha, just kidding, have a wonderful marriage, love Caroline."
She then showed a Tupperware of rice to the camera and explained: "In a typical wedding fashion, I bought some rice to throw at them after the ceremony – and it could always double up as dinner in case they went all cheapo on that".
Finishing off her wedding look with a pair of heels, Caroline said: "As an inside joke I'm going to wear the tallest heels I have as he was about my height so I would always call him Shrimp man.
"I'm also going to bring a little extra makeup in case I cry during the ceremony."
TikTok users rushed to the video's comments to share their shock at Caroline's decision.
One user said: "I don’t get why you don’t just move on. It’s hard but whenever you're trying to ruin someone’s special moments you're really just being a douchebag."
Another user said: "You don’t wear white to someone else's wedding."
A third added: "You know, I can see why it didn’t work out between them", while another person said: "This is unhinged."
Caroline has been known to stretch the truth on her TikTok channel, and has before admitted she sometimes wears a fake baby bump for attention, however, she has given no indication that she was lying in this video.
